Visit incomplete Made an appointment 10 days in advance for an oil change and a VW recall requiring sticker change on a 2018 Alltrack. No problem with the oil change but the sticker was not in stock. It arrived 2 days later, thus requiring another visit. This is a waste of customer time. There is no reason that, when the appointment was made, your system could not ensure that this needed part was available. More

Great Service and Staff! I brought my car in yesterday morning (without an appointment) to have it looked at because the check engine light came on the night before. They were very accommodating and fit me into their morning schedule. They identified the problem and were able to fix it for me right away because they had the necessary parts in stock. What a joke I brought my car in twice for the same issue then once the warranty ended they said it was a different issue and didn’t fix it. Took care of the problem! Recently purchased a 2018 Tiguan that had issues with vibration and clunking sound in the front end when brakes were applied and going over pot holes. Recently purchased a 2018 Tiguan that had issues with vibration and clunking sound in the front end when brakes were applied and going over pot holes. It turned out that the rotors were warped and that a brake pad had a broken part. after a couple of trips to the service dept working Dan and Tao the problem was fixed at no charge under warranty. Great to work with and very quick to reach out once the work was done to let me know. More

Oil change + Scheduled oil change as I have always done and during the visit was told filters never got changed. I have always taken my car here for service. I rely on the technicians to do what is supposed to be done for each visit, ie. oil change + depending on the cars' mileage and manual. Each time it's a surprise that something wasn't previously done that should have been done. Please train your technicians to do a better job. More
