The first day I went Mike Roberts was welcoming and most of all understanding of me being new to the whole car buying thing. After a test drive and talking over payments, we were quickly done and signing the last bit of paperwork with Vinny Licio needed to bring the car home. Within two hours I had a brand new car and I am LOVING every second of it. The dealer honestly made my entire year with the easy purchase of the new car. 3 words- PEACE OF MIND I've only had one other experience in buying a car from a dealership (in Worcester, not naming names) what a difference!!! I was pre approved before I I've only had one other experience in buying a car from a dealership (in Worcester, not naming names) what a difference!!! I was pre approved before I got the dealership, I got a great Ford Escape that I LOVE, and at a great deal. I came back the next day it quick, easy, and super friendly! I had problems with my Escape's high beams not even a month Later, Will got ( my sales person ) got me an appointment right away, the staff treated me like a family member! I don't think I'm ever going to go to a different dealership. Now I know why my coworker recommended I go there!! Total peace of mind, they even made sure I had a rental car for the following couple days while they took care of my Escape! More
