We did all the leg work over the phone and via mail so when I was back in town I went and drove it off the lot the same day. There were only two things that bothered me. If you're spending 40k on a new vehicle, it should come with a full tank of gas, not less than half. So apparently these reviews mean a lot to them, so I can see why they mention it to you. But if you want a 5 star review, don't ask the customer to specifically leave you a 5 star review on said sites. Do a 5 star job and the review will come on it's own. More
