Good variety, no fuss service and affordable. I looked at Lux's inventory (online) and found exactly what I was looking for, at a price 23% cheaper than what I seen elsewhere. I talked with Billy Mish and let him know what I wanted to look at and he was very courteous, as well as the rest of the staff. Three and a half hours later I was driving off the lot with the exact vehicle I went there to review and was very happy with the results. Three weeks after my purchase I experienced a problem with the A/C drainage brought it back and in 4 hrs was fixed with no issues, no extra cost, no extra paperwork and with smiles from everyone. I had searched online and had seen a few trucks that I was interested in all in one spot. My experience within Lux Auto Plus was commendable. William Ford was fantastic, straight up and honest. There is noting worse than dealers that just try to rob you and that did not happen at Lux. William helped to get me into a truck asap, and that's exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend Lux and will be referring everyone I know if they are looking for a vehicle. More

We had saved up money for a down payment on a vehicle, however I was still going into this with a ridiculous amount of anxiety. Gladly, my worries we're set at ease after meeting with Billy Mish.He listened to what we wanted, and he understood our needs, never pressured or used any sales tactics on us and was incredibly efficient during the paperwork process. We had a fantastic finance guy!! Brian Roberts made sure our payments were right where we wanted them to be and gave us trustworthy advice on what to do in the future to possibly refinance and decrease our payments. All together we thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Lux Auto!! I highly recommend going there. You won't regret it!! More

Unlike your typical car dealer, I wasn't pressured and or talked into something other than what I was looking for. They took what I wanted, and fought for the best possible deal for me. Chris was extremely helpful, and so was the finance manager who got me a great interest rate with the bank to which I'm currently financed with. I will be going back when I'm ready to trade for something even better, which I know I will be able to find at Lux Auto's superior line up. 5 out of 5 from me. Short, sweet and to the point. That's how a car buying experience should be. More
