In fact, the worst part of the transaction was the fact that I forgot to grab my EZPass from the car and had to run back to pick it up! HA! Horrible Experience!!! Sales reps knew pretty much nothing about the cars. They also knew nothing about the registration or buying process. I purchased on a Tuesday and was told I could pick up Friday. Friday came and at pickup I found out the vehicles weren't registered. They said it would be fine and to take them anyways. I told them it was illegal and the OWNER himself was there and shrugged his shoulders and said "well then it's not our fault you need to wait until Tuesday to pick up if your not willing to drive it". They were perfectly fine with sending me away illegally. They forgot that I had to sign over the title to my trade which I had to remind them of. When I finally was able to pick up my car it smelled like cigarettes, had a cracked windshield, had hardly any fuel (promised a full tank) and they lied to me several times. Someone there is a thief because a full week after purchase they accused me of owing $300 dollars. I paid up a week ago and signed a contract which they signed as well. One of their sketchy sales reps must have swiped the cash. I am very displeased with this dealership and I don't recommend wasting your time. Very poor customer service!!! More

I explained I am a college student who needs a reliable affordable care. I didn't have enough cash for my desired SUV and he pointed me in the direction of a reliable and safe car. They also took my old car for a trade which saved me so much hassle as time is of the essence these days and I barely have time to do my hair! When I graduate college I will certainly return to him and purchase my first brand new vehicle! I look forward to continuing a life long relationship with Gene and Lux Auto. I will be seeing them soon for the next oil change on my vehicle! Very pleased with the efficiency and and down right heart warming folks of Lux Auto!! More

(It'd be a disservice for me to keep quiet about the visit I recently had there) I recently went there this past Saturday to purchase a vehicle. A vehicle that was "in the process of being sold, yet, no deposit?" (Sounds honest, right?) Between driving an hour each way to this place, twice (4 travel hours +more with traffic). I also spent a couple of hours "crunching numbers" to be told I had a set monthly payment, and that I could pick up my vehicle Monday (today)..... NOPE. Hours before my set transaction time, I was told by the salesman working the sale, that the loan we discussed was all set, and that I could come on down and sign some paperwork. Great, right? After getting to the place and waiting a good twenty minutes to a half hour, I was sat before another gent, that proceeded to tell me that my loan was going to be 50 dollars more a month than previously discussed... and that the "extended warranty" (which is a bad investment to begin with) and "gap insurance" needed to be included for him to make a profit. xxxxxxxx. You DO NOT tell someone that the loan discussed is all set, to have them drive an hour out of their way, to arrive and be told that the loan is much more than previously discussed. You have not only lost a customer, but you have just gained a negative daily/weekly comment/review to every and any site I come across. Not to mention, every and any person I speak with. I make a God fearing honest living. You wasted the wrong man's time. More

Buyer Beware I purchased a vehicle for my daughter at Lux Auto Plus in Auburn. Over $19,000 I had paid for an inspection sticker that was not on the vehicle. On I purchased a vehicle for my daughter at Lux Auto Plus in Auburn. Over $19,000 I had paid for an inspection sticker that was not on the vehicle. On the way home the check engine light came on, the egr valve was bad and so was the alternator. The front main oil seal was also leaking. I had to bring the vehicle back, and spend a day off from work while they repaired the issues they missed during their phony "128 point inspection". Then they had the unbelievable gall to give me a bill for a 100.00 deductible, for repairing the defects that the vehicle had before I bought it. I had to leave without an inspection sticker and go to a station and get one myself. The vehicle was rejected due to the recent work, and I had to drive a week and then go back to retest for a sticker. I went to show my daughter how to change a tire and guess what? No vehicle jack! I guess they missed that in their 128 point vehicle check as well! So now I am out another $100.00 for a new jack,handle and lug wrench. I am wondering now what else will go wrong, as I have absolutely no level of trust with these people. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE, ASSUME THE WORST AND YOU WILL MOST LIKELY BE CORRECT. More
