I scheduled an appointment to see and test drive a vehicle at 9am right when they opened. I had planned on trading in my vehicle so I took everything out and got it ready. Terrible customer service and poor mechanics on site. Bought a car and it drove great for a day. Then the next day it was throwing check engine lights. Scanned it with my scanner and it was coil pack fai Bought a car and it drove great for a day. Then the next day it was throwing check engine lights. Scanned it with my scanner and it was coil pack failure and misfiring. Called dealership wanting them to look at it. They said it’d be at least a week before they could look at it. You can’t drive a vehicle for a week when it’s misfiring. I then decided to fix it myself. They clearly had problems with the ignition coil because they had done a very poor job rewiring it. They didn’t use electrical tape nor was there any wiring caps. Then after further inspection I realized they had tightened down the coil pack so much it had stripped the nut inside the valve cover. Had to tap out the screw from the bottom. I will never recommend anybody to buy a vehicle from this dealership! Terrible service and they definitely don’t respect customers whatsoever. More

I bought a 2015 Jeep renegade from Luxury & imports. I texted the dealership that I wanted to look at it, they had it washed and cleaned by the time I got there! Top notch group! Called ahead about a vehicle we were interested in and Lane N told us they had another customer already coming the next day to look at the vehicle. Browsed online a bit more and located another vehicle. Set up a test drive and liked everything. Noted a minor issue with the steering wheel. Lane got the vehicle in and straightened out. A day later we come in and finish up all the paperwork. Efficient. Knowledgeable. Good inventory for a smaller sized lot. Definitely recommend.
