Very friendly staff. I went there because my dad buys all his vehicles there, cash and they are highly recommended. Okay-est used car buying experience. Buying a used vehicle is never the best experience of your life. I drove 3 hours to their Leavenworth office, which Cooper knew I was coming. I then waited almost an hour for the vehicle to be brought in. I was bait and switched with salesmen, which Tino was a very nice guy but just the games they play. There wasn't much in terms of negotiations, and the car needed repairs which they handled AND then delivered to my home 3 hours away. I had to remind them of the details of the deal a few times but they eventually came through. Overall, the okay-est used car buying experience. More
