When I got in the car though to drive away, I saw that ink (one of their pens leaked as I was signing my contract) was very obviously on my face. I remember touching my face as I was talking to the owner, Ted, and had worried if it had rubbed off, but thought surely someone would say something. Before departing, I went around to each person who helped me, including the young man who put my temporary plates on- all smiles and shaking hands- and not a single one said anything. They all let me go on with a very obvious splotch of black ink on my cheek and my chin. As a woman in a male-dominated industry, and this office consisting of all men, I felt embarrassed, taken-aback, and very apprehensive about whether or not I actually had an authentic interaction or had just been "played" by a bunch of charismatic salesmen. If you won't tell me I have something on my face, looking out for my well-being and sense of self, how can I trust that I had an honest interaction? I will say, the person that I initially worked with, Jake, was not there during this occurrence and I had a very pleasant interaction with him when I first started looking at the car. All in all, while I marked "yes" for recommending this dealership, as I feel the price was in the right range and they were able to streamline everything and get me on the road- I am just left with a bit of a sour taste in my mouth feeling like no one had the integrity to just give it to me straight. More

As I looked at other lots I was overwhelmed by the immediate hard sell from a salesman before I could even sometimes take my foot out of my own car. Every time I go Luxury & Imports I instantly get a friendly greeting and have been allowed to view at my leisure and have never received a hard sell. They are friendly but eager to go out of their way to help you if you need it. I know every car has been thoroughly inspected by their mechanics. It's the little details they add to make sure you're getting the best deal possible as well as a reliable car. They are by far one of the most honorable dealerships I've had the pleasure to work with and that is why I'll continually buy from them. No need to even try to haggle on pricing as they are by far more reasonable than others around. We had excellent credit and a very nice interest rate from our own lender that we were satisfied with. We went ahead and let them compare rates and they were well under what our own lender offered. What more could we ask for? A great car, a great price, friendly service and even better; a lower interest rate than our own bank!! Thank you, John Rea for all these years of great customer service.
