"Very poor experience"

Had I known they bought a car at the auction and then sold it to me is a dealer trade-in, I would never have purchased it. They will give you in writing that they will fix it, but their mechanics don't know how. I had to take it to another mechanic to get their mistake repaired at my expense. They then refuse to pay any of the bill, because they claim they lost money on the car. How professional is that?

"Luxury Motors Credit has no integrity and they rip off hard "

We purchased a Porsche truck only to find out 2 days later that it needed a new transmission. General manager said they would put in a new one. Gave us a loaner and kept truck for 3 weeks. Truck still does Extremely bad shaking and stalling when asked for warranty or proof of new transmission being put in they continue to lie and give us the run around. Also the salesman JR told us that radio worked just needed resetting. We find out that wasn't true either radio didn't work at all. Cost us 450. To replace because they wouldn't. They will tell you anything and treat you like royalty until they sell you a lemon. What I thought was buying my dream car had turned into a total costly nightmare!

"Frustated Customer"

Would not recommend this place to purchase a car. Frank (salesperson) had very little knowledge about this Audi. I told him upfront I would pay cash for the car, be careful because he tried to get credit information from me. I had to tell him several times I was not willing to provide information, I did not need a loan. Juanita (finance rep) did paperwork for us. She failed to send title paperwork within 30 days as promised. Once title paperwork was received, it was not correct, I was not able to drive my new car for about a week due to temporary license plate being expired. Juanita kept giving me the run around until finally she sent a new 30 day temporary plate. Seven weeks after car purchase, I finally was able to register car. Unless you want to deal with title paperwork headaches, I would NOT recommend this place to purchase a car.
