Excellent Purchasing Experience with Ray Gallo & Lynch I recently purchased a used 2016 Chevrolet Silverado LTZ 2500HD with the help of Ray Gallo, in Sales. I was looking to upgrade from my previous 2011 I recently purchased a used 2016 Chevrolet Silverado LTZ 2500HD with the help of Ray Gallo, in Sales. I was looking to upgrade from my previous 2011 Silverado LT 1500, due to an increased need for towing. Ray Gallo spent many hours helping make me aware of options/features, while never trying to push any certain model. He simply helped me to decide on what I wanted. This process started in Nov 2016, when we were trying to locate a used 2016 Silverado. Ray worked very hard in his searches, and was exemplary in his communication about the current status. After quite a few potential matches, and an unsuccessful dealer swap, I decided to order a new 2017 Silverado 1500 LTZ. The new truck was built, and was on it's way, but the transport company was late in delivery. This is when I spotted a recent trade in, the 2500HD, which was an identical truck to the one I ordered (same ext/int colors, options, etc.), but a 2500HD. I never asked Ray Gallo about the 2500HD platform, because I already new it was very capable, but it was always in the back of my mind as another option. Due to the better towing capacity, and their used truck pricing, I decided to switch and purchase the 2500HD, instead of my ordered 1500. Lynch Chevrolet was very understanding of my decision, and welcomed the purchase of whichever truck I decided upon. The whole staff at Lynch Chevrolet is very welcoming, and helpful. It was a very smooth purchase, all the way from the initial searches, to having the keys in my hand in the delivery area. Thanks to all at Lynch. A special thanks to Ray Gallo for all of your help! Great Dealership! Came to Lynch not expecting to buy a car. We were actually on our way to another dealer to return a vehicle that we had on an overnight test drive and Came to Lynch not expecting to buy a car. We were actually on our way to another dealer to return a vehicle that we had on an overnight test drive and just "stopped in" to see what they had. Ray Gallo came out to talk to us right away and we were honest with him explaining we were on our way to another dealer with their vehicle and that we were almost sure that was the vehicle we were going to buy. Ray really took the the time to get to know us and what our needs were with a vehicle for our daughter. He showed us a Chevy Cruze which was very comparable to the vehicle we were going to purchase. After driving it, we also liked this vehicle very much as well. It basically came down to price and Ray went to work for us.
