Jerked me around for days over an entry level car. I was looking for a car and came into Lynch Chevrolet on a whim. I was interested in a Chevy Sonic as they appeared to be running some good deals. I t I was looking for a car and came into Lynch Chevrolet on a whim. I was interested in a Chevy Sonic as they appeared to be running some good deals. I talked to the salesman who seemed more concerned with getting my SSN and running my credit then anything else. After he came back with an unfavorable deal, I walked away. Then I got some phone calls from the manager over a period of several days, going back and forth over the price of this entry level car, until I finally got fed up and left a negative review on Google Reviews. Then I received another call from the manager (or somebody at Lynch) with another offer on the Sonic so I called back and asked to be connected to the salesman I had originally dealt with. He answered the phone and didn't say anything at first, then said "hello" as if he were at home and not representing a business. When I began to speak, he hung up on me. I was taken aback by this very unprofessional behavior so I called back thinking I may have dialed the wrong number and got connected with the salesman again, to which he then told me that Lynch was going to make me another offer on the Sonic but since I had left a them a negative review they had decided to rescind their offer. He then hung up on me again. I now suspect they never intended to give me another offer on that car, they already knew about the review before they called and were just stringing me along. Had they decided to quit playing games and shown that they wanted to work with me and made me a good offer I would've gladly removed my negative review. As of this writing Lynch Chevrolet never even attempted to do anything to resolve this. If this is how Lynch Chevrolet behaves over an entry level, base model car I'd hate to see how I would've been treated had I been trying to buy something more expensive. More

I was pressured to walk out of there with a car I was pressured to buy a car AFTER saying I'd like to think about it. Then that same week i had someone hit me in a parking lot of a store. I took the vehicle back to lynch, so it could be fixed. They gave me a rental but wanted me to pay for it through my car insurance, and i was TOLD by my salesman don't bother with rental reimbursement insurance we will take care of you because its lease at the time of purchase. So i DIDN'T get it. So they let me have a rental for no charge. Well.. Its so far taking my car more then 2 weeks to be fixed by THEIR auto body shop. So Lynch now wants their rental back and they want to charge me for another rental. Its been over 2 WEEKS AT THEIR BODY SHOP .WHY WOULD I PAY YOU- LYNCH OF KENOSHA $10 A DAY AFTER YOU TALKED ME OUT OF ADDING IT TO MY INSURANCE???? Never and I MEAN NEVER will i recommend OR BUY or LEASE another vehical here!!! So soooo disappointed.. I made huge mistake buying a vehical at this DEALERSHIP!! More

I then went to the finance office and then was told I couldn't have that deal and it would cost me another $20/month. It started to feel I was being fleeced but I continued because I like the car. Then 2 days later I receive a phone call saying the power of attorney to sell my trade had a number mix-up and I had to re-sign the form. I went back in signed the form and then I was informed my payment went up another $40/month. Obviously they have little to no scruples and I'll be crazy ever to set foot in that place again. The jerks knew I was buying a house and I needed to stay in a certain range of payment, but the xxxxxxxx didn't care. Now because of their "shady" and despicable ways I just priced myself out of the house I was going to buy. Thanks a lot, xxxxxxx!!!!!!!! More

Do not believe the prices they advertise on the internet I went to look at a truck that was advertised on their website for around $32,000. When it came to work out a price they wanted over $38,000. They said a mistake was made and the truck shouldn't have been listed at that price. So they asked if I might be interested in another that might get me closer to that price. This one had less options but it was OK. The price on that one came in at over $36,000 which they had on their website for around $33,000. They said their disclaimer that the price could change any time covered them. Apparently the price changes when you actually want to buy. It's a bait and switch. They have no intention of selling at the price they have listed on their website. More
