Excellent Purchasing Experience with Ray Gallo & Lynch I recently purchased a used 2016 Chevrolet Silverado LTZ 2500HD with the help of Ray Gallo, in Sales. I was looking to upgrade from my previous 2011 I recently purchased a used 2016 Chevrolet Silverado LTZ 2500HD with the help of Ray Gallo, in Sales. I was looking to upgrade from my previous 2011 Silverado LT 1500, due to an increased need for towing. Ray Gallo spent many hours helping make me aware of options/features, while never trying to push any certain model. He simply helped me to decide on what I wanted. This process started in Nov 2016, when we were trying to locate a used 2016 Silverado. Ray worked very hard in his searches, and was exemplary in his communication about the current status. After quite a few potential matches, and an unsuccessful dealer swap, I decided to order a new 2017 Silverado 1500 LTZ. The new truck was built, and was on it's way, but the transport company was late in delivery. This is when I spotted a recent trade in, the 2500HD, which was an identical truck to the one I ordered (same ext/int colors, options, etc.), but a 2500HD. I never asked Ray Gallo about the 2500HD platform, because I already new it was very capable, but it was always in the back of my mind as another option. Due to the better towing capacity, and their used truck pricing, I decided to switch and purchase the 2500HD, instead of my ordered 1500. Lynch Chevrolet was very understanding of my decision, and welcomed the purchase of whichever truck I decided upon. The whole staff at Lynch Chevrolet is very welcoming, and helpful. It was a very smooth purchase, all the way from the initial searches, to having the keys in my hand in the delivery area. Thanks to all at Lynch. A special thanks to Ray Gallo for all of your help!
