Scheduled an appointment over a day in advance to look at a vehicle as we were coming from 2 hours away. Got to the dealership and one of the employees took it home for the night and was over an hour away. ( a vehicle as we were coming from 2 hours away. Why have appointments? Took 2 hours off work to drive 4 hours (250 miles) for a absolutely nothing. Customer service prior was great but once there it was absolutely horrible. Left sitting at a desk for the sales guy to come back periodically with no useful information. Was set to buy as long as it checked out mechanically but after that I wouldn’t ever waste my time or send anyone including my worst enemy there. Got an email from the salesmen after saying it was a pleasure working with us; I hope he was joking. Avoid this dealership! More

Liars, scammers. Overcharged $2500 on advertised price. They blamed it on the finance company who did a investigation and then told them it was due to repairs. Easily one of the worst service experiences Quite simply one of the worst possible experiences imaginable abbreviated version: Purchased a new car from these folks with the very best warranty Quite simply one of the worst possible experiences imaginable abbreviated version: Purchased a new car from these folks with the very best warranty they offered. Brought it in for an oil change asked five (5) different people in the service department if the oil change was covered - they assured me it was not, so, (after paying for the oil change I met and spoke with Jeff Treu - he assured me it was covered and they would refund my money so: I was Charged for an oil change while under warranty (it's been months, still no refund) They performed (??) and Charged for a fuel flush I did not need (side note: my mileage has dropped significantly since the 'flush' Jeff Treu assured me that was common and it should come back up (it has been months I am still down over 100 miles per tank) They returned my vehicle to me an entire day late They returned my vehicle with a new rubbing noise I returned the vehicle to them, was told I needed brakes and that they needed to break locking lugnuts off of the wheels (an extra $150) They replaced the brakes ($500+) the noise was still there. (meaning I did not need breaks and my lugnuts did not need to be broken off). They told me it was a wheel bearing and they'd call me when it came in. they never did ( said they sent me an email?? please!) Fast forward a month and now - since the vehicle is over the 60,000 mile warranty IF I pay for a diagnostic they will see what they can do about determining what the problem is and how much if any of it they will cover. oh and still no refund of the original oil change charge!! STAY AWAY More
