I had an oil change scheduled for June 17th 9 am and scheduled approved extended warranty work for coolant lines. When I called at 3:30 pm nothing was done and was waiting for my tail gate to be approve scheduled approved extended warranty work for coolant lines. When I called at 3:30 pm nothing was done and was waiting for my tail gate to be approved through extended warranty ( I added the tailgate when I was there since it’s my work truck I don’t have much down time for it. Which advisors know) I was going out of town June 18th hence why I had the work done the day before I was told take majority of the day. When I called at 3:30 pm none of the schedule worked was completed. Explained again how I needed the truck back that day and need the oil change. Steve said he would have them get on it right away and call me once it’s done he’s there till 5:30. I didn’t hear from Steve so I called at 5:25 asked for Steve got someone else and they said it was done. Now I have to bring my truck back for a second appointment cause they didn’t get the work done. So I drop my truck off at 7:30 am June 24th to have my coolant lines and tail gate fixed through extended warranty. Ran into the same problem again didn’t hear from Steve so I had to call to get an update at 3:30 on when my truck was going to be done they just started at 3:30. I don’t know how scheduled work get put off twice till the end of the day. More
