Took my explorer in for an oil change-'The Works' with tire rotation. When I got home I noticed that the right front wheel, which has 'road rash' was still on the right front. Realized that they had never tire rotation. When I got home I noticed that the right front wheel, which has 'road rash' was still on the right front. Realized that they had never asked about where the key for the McGard wheel lock was. I went back and explained what happened and left them with the wheel lock. It was a week before I realized that they did not give me back my wheel lock. Called and spoke with Joel. I explained what happened and he checked with the mechanic who was working that day. Joel called me back to tell me that they could not find it. It cost me another $20+ to order a replacement wheel lock key. More

Very attentative people; from the service provider to the personal driver that took me home so I didn't have to wait.
