Sales and service are both excellent We have bought 4 cars at Lynch - 2 Camry's, a RAV4 and a Corolla. The purchase process is the best experience I have ever had. Jarvon Cubit and Phil Dugas are a joy to bargain with. Even when bargaining hard you are always treated with courtesy and respect. All of my Toyota's have been serviced by Lynch. There is no hassle or up-selling by the service team and items are taken care of in a very timely fashion. This is definitely a different and much better experience than I have had at other area Toyota dealers. I recommend Lynch and especially Jarvon and Phil who will work with you to get a good deal. Lynch Toyota rocks Lynch Toyota treated me great. They appreciated my military service and respected me as a beginner car buyer. My salesman James Arnold went above and Lynch Toyota treated me great. They appreciated my military service and respected me as a beginner car buyer. My salesman James Arnold went above and beyond to get a fair price for my trade and found the perfect Scion FR-S for me. He sure knew his stuff, making the process a breeze once all the particulars and numbers were covered. I can definitely recommend Lynch Toyota and James Arnold! Takes care of his customers, More

This was the first time I can honestly say that I was able to purchase a vehicle hassle free. The sales person Marques Johnson was spectacular from start to finish and it didn't stop there because the Management team was extremely professional. I would highly recommend Lynch Toyota. More

Very Good- For a Car Dealership- Read your paperwork!! Our experience with Adam, and with Lynch was very good ALMOST to the very end of the transaction. Mr. Adam Hamilton did his best to entertain all of o Our experience with Adam, and with Lynch was very good ALMOST to the very end of the transaction. Mr. Adam Hamilton did his best to entertain all of our questions, followed up, and looked after just about all of our concerns, and was very patient overall. We had pre-arranged financing through a credit union with which we'd been dealing for many years. Adam asked us to sit with the F & I guy, Phil Dugas, and to Phil's credit he didn't try at all to push in-house financing on us at all. Everything had gone smoothly up to that point. Our search from the beginning had only included Toyota dealerships as we were only interested in a Certified used Toyota and the warranty it offered, with 100K miles in powertrain coverage. The vehicle we wanted was advertised as a Certified one-owner Toyota. Every scrap of paper, every window sticker hyped the thing as Certified. We'd asked question after question pertaining to the warranty. When we arrived at a final price all parties were in agreement that the price we were seeing was the final out-the-door bottom line price. Why then, when we got to Mr. Dugas's office, were we suddenly on the hook for an additional $489 for the Certified Toyota warranty paperwork? Believe me, it wasn't the thoroughness of the pre-certification inspection ("Cup holder extends completely and sturdily") I was after; it was the warranty. After a bit of arguing, we got back down to the price we'd previously agreed on, which is what we paid. But the way in which Mr. Dugas painted the attempt to add in the warranty fee at the end as a misunderstanding by us, or worse, a misrepresentation by Mr. Hamilton (which I am almost entirely positive was not the case) did not sit well with me, and soured an otherwise very good experience. A good dealer; just watch your Ps and Qs with the F & I guy. More
