I was recovering from an abdominal surgery, could not drive my stick shift and really needed a car that was automatic. After explaining my situation to Jay, he was kind enough to bring the car I was interested in to me since I lived so close but couldn't drive my stick shift to the dealership. He was so genuinely kind to me from the time he helped me down the stairs to taking over during my test drive when I started feeling tired. Jay was so extremely patient with me and took great care helping me in and out of the cars during each of the several cars we test drove. This kind of human compassion and kind-heartedness is not in anybody's job description. He was not at all pushy nor did he try to talk me into or pressure me to make any decisions. He was even patient while I called my mom several times before my purchase. Even though I started not feeling well while I was with him, he wanted to make sure I was happy with my purchase and comfortable with my decision. For all of this, I will always be grateful. Thanks Jay and the rest of the Lynch Toyota of Auburn family for taking care of me and getting me in my new Prius with all of the features that have made my post-surgery driving experience possible!
