My appointment was scheduled for 1pm. I checked in with the service department about 15 minutes early and went to the waiting room. About 2.5 hours later I was told they just received the I checked in with the service department about 15 minutes early and went to the waiting room. About 2.5 hours later I was told they just received the oil filter for my truck (1500 with 5.3). I was never told they did not have the oil filter and was never given the option to come back later or maybe reschedule. I'm not sure how it took 2.5 hour to get an oil filter for a very common engine. They should have also rotated my tires but that was not done. More
