THE EMPLOYEES ARE VERY COURTEOUS & FRIENDLY. NO PROBLEM THERE. It has taken 3 yrs to solve some problems & the backup camera only works part of the time. They have no idea what is wrong wit NO PROBLEM THERE. It has taken 3 yrs to solve some problems & the backup camera only works part of the time. They have no idea what is wrong with it. This time they fixed the dash. It was damaged in 3 areas when they took it out to replace the A/C fan. They replaced the 3rd piece this visit. They’ve been working on getting the dash fixed for years. They told me to wait for all 3 pieces to come in before having it repaired. After a long while, they said 2 pieces had come in, but wait for the third. The two were sent back “because I never came in.” After a while, all 3 pieces had come in. Yay!!! Turns out was was black instead of gray. Had to reorder again! They replaced 2 of the pieces. Went in today to have last one replaced. They had told me to just “drop in bc it wouldn’t take 15 minutes to fix. I think it was about 3 hrs later, they said we were ready to go. I have BAD!!! back problems & it was telling me that we’d been there a LONGGGG time! I’M NOT A HAPPY CAMPER!!! More
