THE EMPLOYEES ARE VERY COURTEOUS & FRIENDLY. NO PROBLEM THERE. It has taken 3 yrs to solve some problems & the backup camera only works part of the time. This time they fixed the dash. It was damaged in 3 areas when they took it out to replace the A/C fan. They replaced the 3rd piece this visit. They’ve been working on getting the dash fixed for years. They told me to wait for all 3 pieces to come in before having it repaired. After a long while, they said 2 pieces had come in, but wait for the third. The two were sent back “because I never came in.” After a while, all 3 pieces had come in. Yay!!! Turns out was was black instead of gray. Had to reorder again! They replaced 2 of the pieces. Went in today to have last one replaced. They had told me to just “drop in bc it wouldn’t take 15 minutes to fix. I think it was about 3 hrs later, they said we were ready to go. I have BAD!!! back problems & it was telling me that we’d been there a LONGGGG time! I’M NOT A HAPPY CAMPER!!! More

My GMC Sierra had the check engine light come on and went into limp mode, the service rep plugged in a hand held computer and stated all my transmission notifications popped up on the computer. It was 2 week into limp mode, the service rep plugged in a hand held computer and stated all my transmission notifications popped up on the computer. It was 2 weeks before the technician could check it out. The service rep called me and stated when the technician checked it out all the warning lights had cleared out and I could come pick up my vehicle. I was really expecting a 6 to 7 thousand dollar rebuilt transmission but this very honest dealership stated I did not owe them anything. I can only thank the service rep Andy for being so honest. They have my business from now on. Highly recommend Lynn Layton Chevrolet for any service work. Thank you again Jeff J More
Everyone I encountered was very polite and offered to help in any way possible. Also, employees that were not even helping me offered drinks, food (there were hotdogs there that day), or ice cream. I would just like to say that this dealership was head and shoulders above all other dealerships I went through. The sales representative that walked me though the leasing process was Silas Hallmark.
