Horrible experience. Appointment I made was not in the list. Rep said “Bobby will get your vehicle right to the back” I asked for an estimated time to diagnose. Rep said Appointment I made was not in the list. Rep said “Bobby will get your vehicle right to the back” I asked for an estimated time to diagnose. Rep said 1 hour. Two hours later my vehicle had not moved from where I had originally parked it. I asked for estimate time to get it in the shop. Rep said there are two vehicles ahead of you. He confirmed that those were the two there over two hours ago. Asked why it was taking so long. Rep said “It’s like when I go to the doctors office, sometimes I have to wait.” I asked to speak with someone who could help me resolve the situation. The person he brought to me, who did not introduce herself, said I would have to just wait. She offered me a free oil change. She suggested what the problem might be and showed me an estimated cost for replacement parts (labor not included). Bobby hadn’t looked at my vehicle, how does she know what will fix it? Why couldn’t I have been informed 2 1/2 hours earlier? Not a good experience at all. Decided to leave rather than wait an unknown amount of additional hours. By now I have 3 hours invested… I should receive $158 x 3 + tax in credit. More
