Made first appointment, not told of service backup until I got there. Rescheduled. Told they had part would get vehicle back same day. Did not happen. Told next day, did not happen. Third Told mechanic day I got there. Rescheduled. Told they had part would get vehicle back same day. Did not happen. Told next day, did not happen. Third Told mechanic day off. Really. One mechanic. Did not get vehicle back. Next day vehicle maybe done hy end of day, not sure, no one called me. Next day I called, truck ready. But they want to drive it to me and have me bring their employee back. Really at my expense. I agreed so I could get my vehicle back. They are lucky I did not drive the employee to Tennesse so they would have to go get him. Plus I still paid for the service. Glad to be done. People beware!!!! More
