I asked the person I checked in with to leave my keys in vehicle, locked, and out because I was coming the next day to pick it up. Instead, someone locked it with no keys inside the locked gate. I had to wa vehicle, locked, and out because I was coming the next day to pick it up. Instead, someone locked it with no keys inside the locked gate. I had to wait and get manager to help me get vehicle and make an additional trip on another day to get my key. The service guy also had zero personality, tact, and made me feel like being there was an inconvenience for him. My service was fine, but a good personality goes a long way. More
