I brought my vehicle in for a transmission leak and was told it was the torque converter. Lynn Layton Chevrolet botched the repair, caused further damage, lied about a crack in the transmission case, and told it was the torque converter. Spoke to Jeff Vanhoozer and the first thing he does is call the warranty company and try to collect payment for something he KNOWS didn’t fix the issue. Very unprofessional. I recorded the call if anyone above him would like to listen. I took my vehicle else where and the warranty was covered with no problem. And they determined that Lynn Layton Chevrolet was lying about a crack in the transmission case and that they botched the torque converter seal job and caused further damage to the transmission. Don’t trust this manager or dealership. More

First time here. I had made an appointment in the past…by mistake. When I called to cancel the lady who took my call was So friendly. I descided I would go there for my next service appointment. So I came in. Again everyone was so friendly. I didn’t feel rushed or that I was in an assembly line situation. I waited in Customer Lounge. Now that was a bare bones operation lol . Had TV and coffee sugar and empty creamer box. But lots of plugs for electronics and such. ( this was only reason no 5 stars) Service was fast and price was great! I will be back ! More
