Tried to use a benefit certificate I had purchased and it was refused because it had Lynn Layton Cadillac. I purchased car at Chevrolet and have had maybe 25 oil changes there. I didn't realize all dealerships are not the same. Made Lynn Layton Chev look greedy and cheap not to honor that benefit ticket that I purchased by choice on a donation. Especially after patiently waiting 3 1/2 hours due to low employees. More

We had our oil changed and they left the oil cap off and it wasted the oil as he sprayed the oil out on the engine and the outside of the truck so we told them and they said they would make it good and do a it wasted the oil as he sprayed the oil out on the engine and the outside of the truck so we told them and they said they would make it good and do a free oil change and wash the truck. We made appointment to take and had to wait several hours and finally got the oil changed and they did NOT WASH IT after promising to clean it off. We was very disappointed in the service!! More

Did not fix my problem. Ended up trading the car and losing $75,000 on it because they could not complete the repairs that were an issue from the factory.
