I had dropped off my Malibu Thursday evening and requested service for Friday. I was notified by George at 8:30 that the service was complete. Waited two hours for an oil change. Came before lunch at approximately 9:30-10am and was informed to come back at 1:30. I’ve been doing business for 20 years and never had this issue. I suppose it’s just turned into a cluster with not having enough service guys. Now waiting for a phone call to set an appointment when part comes in for heated steering. I guess I’ll have to call back and check on this as well. Letter I received said part was in stock just call dealer and set appointment. Oh well, it’s a nice day in the hood. More
