Poor experience took 31/2 weeks to do at 1day job and still didn't fix everything Jeff was upset with service dept had to make them work on it after it set for 2weeks before anyone touched it this is sec still didn't fix everything Jeff was upset with service dept had to make them work on it after it set for 2weeks before anyone touched it this is second in a row bad experience with service department we the Harris family buy every year 2to 3 cars regularly More

Brought in for airbag recall. I also had a 'Service Airbag' light on the dash. I assumed they were related. Airbag was replaced under recall but light remained on. When I called t I also had a 'Service Airbag' light on the dash. I assumed they were related. Airbag was replaced under recall but light remained on. When I called to ask about it, I was informed they were unrelated and I would need to have that checked separately. It was already there for an airbag issue, why not go ahead and check the whole system?? More
