Purchased a used Subaru WRX and negotiating was a little difficult to get my point across from salesperson to sales-manager. In the end we agreed on a price but the vehicle provided was unsafe with poor alignment, busted hub assemblies, and needed newer tires. The negotiated savings, were a wash and more. I took them for their word that the vehicle was decent, test drive didn't scream out any issues until after taking receipt of the car. Disappointed because I purchased a 2023 Explorer xx the month prior and it was a wonderful experience. I get it…its an AS-IS used vehicle. But cant wrap my head around how that a vehicle with those issues can be sold in good consciousness, especially at near new pricing. More
