Was presented a deal that I agreed to, went and met with the finance person and provided a much higher rate than agreed to with longer term then said it was a better deal if I used their finance institution the finance person and provided a much higher rate than agreed to with longer term then said it was a better deal if I used their finance institutions instead of Ford and then sold the vehicle to me at a higher than agreed to price and tried to sweeten the deal with an extended warranty for 150k miles. Then after I signed he said it was just a 5 year warranty or 150k which I would not have bought a 5 year warranty as that doesn’t even cover the payment. I stated I did not want it and he literally stated at me for 29 minutes and I gave up took the xxxxxxxxx deal and got the car I wanted. xxxx these people More
