Vehicle was brought in for wind noise at windshield. Was originally told that a loaner vehicle could be provided if needed. I was ok with being without my vehicle for a couple of days, but when the serv Was originally told that a loaner vehicle could be provided if needed. I was ok with being without my vehicle for a couple of days, but when the service manager told me that he could not give me an eta when they would be able to look the issue, I requested the loaner to which I was told they are all out. Then the service manager contacted me and said the technician did find an unusual noise coming from the windshield area and was going to inspect it further. Then several hours later I was informed that it was normal noise and I should come in and drive another to compare. I will not be brining any of my vehicles back to this service department. Also we purchased this vehicle new from Lynn Layton in October of 24. I still have not received my spare key or owners manual. They say they are still on back order. More
