I really appreciate this location man. Again, not being from jersey, my options for mechanical help is slim. I had an emergency and Cedric did what he could to squeeze me in to be seen and Again, not being from jersey, my options for mechanical help is slim. I had an emergency and Cedric did what he could to squeeze me in to be seen and car fixed same day. He knew exactly what the problem was but just attempting to start my car (the starter lever was bad). I really appreciate him and his manager (Dave I believe) for assisting. Thank you guys very much! Absolutely the WORST service I have ever received from a car company. They have had my car since November 2021 and have been extremely lax in communicating with me. They are difficult to get in contact with car company. They have had my car since November 2021 and have been extremely lax in communicating with me. They are difficult to get in contact with and when I do speak to someone it's as if they have no idea what is going on with my car. I brought my car in because the engine was stalling, consuming oil, and knocking and didn't hear anything back from them for months. I brought my car under 100,000 with the engine under full warranty and they refused to address the engine concerns. The service manager and service team do not provide quality service and if I wasn't stuck with my car on their lot I would have taken it elsewhere as I am now hearing from people in my neighborhood about how poorly this business is run. Honestly it is a shame. I have had to get corporate involved, will also be filing a complaint with NJ BBB. They know there is an issue with the engine that falls under the warrantyand they are refusing to take the necessary action to get the engine fixed properly. This is so disappointing. More

Service center Both my wife and I have our hyundai's serviced at this location. Each time it was a pleasure to deal with Dave, Tom and John. They do a excellent job with service and also are very professioanl with regards to how they treat you as a person. I will never have our family of vehicles serviced anywhere else. Stay Away! I wish I could give this place negative stars because that's what they deserve. My husband and I purchased our vehicle in August of 2013 from Luis. I wish I could give this place negative stars because that's what they deserve. My husband and I purchased our vehicle in August of 2013 from Luis. Luis was a liar and is the reason we will never purchase from Lynnes Hyundai (or any of their branches) again. Since our car had less than 3k miles on it, he told us that we had 5 years or 60k miles for the warranty AND wrote it on the sheet. What he failed to tell us was that the warranty stared with the original owner, NOT US. As a result, we did not purchase the extended warranty. Fast-forward to June of 2017 where our car starts to make a noise. We called service and spoke with Tom Nesbitt. We brought our car in and was told we needed to replace the drive belt as well as the right wheel bearing because it was loose. This also required a wheel alignment. Grand total = $919. Fast-forward to a few months later, October 2017, and our car is making the SAME noise. We scheduled another service on October 11th and are now told that we need a new alternator and strut tops. We were told that what was done in June to fix the noise was good for the moment. Grand total = $1300. So I ask Tom, why wasn't everything checked in June?!!!! He attempts to try and talk his way out of it. I stopped listening after a minute or so. It has been a week a little over a week since we received our vehicle back and the noise is still there. On October 11th, I was told by Tom Nesbitt that the first repair in June was only a "band-aid" for the real problem which was the alternator (so we paid for a new one). Less than a week later, the noise is still there. Once again, we had to bring our vehicle in for an issue that was supposed to be fixed 4 months ago. It seems like they are locating other "issues" and charging us for it instead of finding the real issue. When speaking with Tom on October 27th, not once did he apologize for the misdiagnosis or the inconvenience this has been causing us. He did not admit that they were wrong even though they clearly are. I will be reporting them to the BBB and filing a complaint with the State Attorney General. This "service" department is unprofessional and does not take ownership for what their employees tell you. I told them we were lied to about our warranty and do you think they care, NO. As long as they receive money for repairs (that should not have been done), they sleep at night. Never mind ripping off customers! We will never do business with them again nor would we ever want anyone else to experience what we went through. Stay away from this place! More

Thanks Thomas! About a year ago we bought a pre-owned 2013 Hyundai Sonata. Just had our first issue as the engine light came on and the car took about three turns to start. We took the car into Lynnes and was greeted by Thomas Nisbett who made the whole process extremely easy, which I thought showed tremendous customer service. He diagnosed the problem then had everything already set up for a smooth transaction and turned what could've been a nightmare into a good experience and had his service department take care of everything for us. I can understand that issues happen, but it's how you handle those issues is what I see. Thomas is worthy of any of our business and if I need anything in the future we would definitely make the call to deal with him again! Thanks for everything you helped with during this transaction Thomas! More
