Worst service ever I walked into the service department, and 5 guys were standing around playing with their phones. My 4 year old Hyundai needs a whole new engine, and they told me it was not going to be covered under the warranty. I almost fell over. The car isn't even paid for yet. They've had the car for a week now and won't give me a loaner car and can't tell me when the engine will be in. Every time I call, I am on hold for at least 10 minutes. Miserable, miserable service. I hate this place. I will never buy a Hyundai again. More
Worst Service Ever My wife purchased a Hyundai Tuscon from Lynne's in 2012 and was given lifetime oil changes along with the regular Hyndai warranty. In 2014, because we My wife purchased a Hyundai Tuscon from Lynne's in 2012 and was given lifetime oil changes along with the regular Hyndai warranty. In 2014, because we missed a regular service, they said that deal was voided and I would have to pay for a full service. Mind you, I drove from Hillsborough for this with a 4 month old and my 90 year old grandfather. I was told that they couldn't perform the service and I'd have to come back at another time. Today, this vehicle failed NJ inspection for and obstructed ODB connector. I was instructed to call the dealer and confirm warranty coverage to ensure it could be addressed. When I called Lynne's, they would not answer my question and instead tried to lure me in and have me pay up front ($120), which would be returned should it be covered (I'm willing to be they'd find a reason for it not to be covered). I wouldn't recommended ever using this dealer for sales, service or anything. The lack of decorum and customer service from this dealer is deplorable. More
Great Sales person! I was there three days before to put my Car Plates on. I arrived earlier than the time provided but service staff had left.Mr Domenick was very kind e I was there three days before to put my Car Plates on. Everyone I have met there has been pleasant and polite with me. I am sure there are some folks who are rough around the edges. But I haven't encounter them as of yet lyness. More
Will NEVER do business here again! It's been one month since I purchased my pre-owned vehicle from Lynnes-Hyundai in Bloomfield. I couldn't be more unhappy with their Customer Service. It's been one month since I purchased my pre-owned vehicle from Lynnes-Hyundai in Bloomfield. I couldn't be more unhappy with their Customer Service. I had issues with the car and was at the dealership 5 times in a two week span. It wasn't until the 6th visit that my issues were resolved with the Service Dept Manager, Roger. It's been one month and my car loan from my previous car still has NOT BEEN PAID OFF, my car payment is past due on the car I traded into Lynnes and now I have the bank on my xxx! I haven't received my plates and my temporary plates will be expiring in a couple of days. My first experience at Lynnes was 2 years ago with Joe Cassesse, he is a wonderful salesman and if I had gone to him in the first place, I would never have had these issues! I will not return to Lynnes in the future and I definitely will not recommend this place to anyone!!! Good luck leaving a message for your salesman because the call (s) will never be returned! You'll have a higher chance of meeting Jesus Christ! Shame on you Hyundai and Lou! 6th visit to their service department More

Ok. I got stuck in the area and I'm from south Jersey. My car simply wouldn't move in drive or reverse. I towed it to the closest dealer. So first there's a diagnosis fee. No problem. But It's $14 Jersey. My car simply wouldn't move in drive or reverse. I towed it to the closest dealer. So first there's a diagnosis fee. No problem. But It's $140? That's a total rip off. Most dealers don't charge that kind of money just to put your car on a lift. Then, they couldn't say for sure what it needed because the axle was bad and so they couldn't test drive it until they fix that first. So I ask how much to fix the drivers side axle on my 03 sonata. He tells me $500. Now that's insane. I think they were looking to take advantage cause they knew I lived over an hour away. That's one place I wouldn't recommend. I ended up towing it back which cost me a pretty penny but I was afraid they would've found some other problems and I'd be paying even more at the end of the day. More
