Angela and Michael made the purchase of our new F150 so simple and easy! They were professional, courteous, and considerate of my very tight work schedule. Being well organized, the transaction went smoothly and quickly. And before I knew it, I was ready for the trip home in the nicest vehicle I have ever owned! At the time of purchase, the normal detailing that a new vehicle receives could not be done...late afternoon and detail personnel had left for the day... But after the 101 from Angela on the vehicle features and operations, she and Michael removed all stickers and washed the windows themselves and a house call was scheduled the next week for a full detailing...above and beyond service (thank you very much!). Got a couple of customer satisfaction follow-up calls from Angela which I greatly appreciated. I was very happy to tell her that I LOVED my new truck!
