The price on the website is not the true price, usually need to add 10k more on it. This dealer won’t reply your email after you purchase the car. On my first visit I was only looking, asked Miguel a couple of questions and he was very helpful. On second visit I was given the royal treatment and with that I decided to purchase my first Tesla, all couple of questions and he was very helpful. From my experience it was very good genuine people at first… after going home and looking over the papers a few days later, turns out they weren’t 100% truthful with me. They added additional fees to the first… after going home and looking over the papers a few days later, turns out they weren’t 100% truthful with me. They added additional fees to the total cost of the car without telling me what fees they were. I was highly disappointed with how they deceived me. I don’t trust them enough to ever do business with them again, and if I were to go back to them I would make sure that the fees add up to the total cost of the car. More

We made an appointment to see a car. Upon arrival we were told that the car is not at the site. A couple of days later we got a call from the dealership that the car is available for a t Upon arrival we were told that the car is not at the site. A couple of days later we got a call from the dealership that the car is available for a test drive. After that we sat to sign the paperwork. The sales guy told us that there is a different price if we’re not financing the car. They added additional $13000.00 to price of the car. They wanted us to pay for them to replace the car, which didn’t make any sense. They added over $4000.00 for AMV(Adjusted Market Value). They tried to fast talk you so you get confused. This is the worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with. I bought the same car at another place and the only fees I paid was $224.00 and my taxes More
