Although Connor from sales was fantastic, I was very pressured by who I assumed was the manager, introduced himself as Steve. After talking with Connor about options to purchase an X3 he went into Steve pressured by who I assumed was the manager, introduced himself as Steve. Service is unacceptable. Called for a tire change and was told my car had no donut. It does. Call BMW Assist for a tow from Marion Ohio to Dublin. Received text saying my appointment was at 10 AM. While waiting for BMW Assist to work out transportation to pick-up my car on Friday, called and spoke with Dave in Service Department. Told tire came in at 11 AM. Until I called, no one provided update. During the call, I was told it would be done "sometime this afternoon. " Arrived at dealership a little after 3 PM...told it would be another 30 minutes. It's a tire change. Lease is up in November 2022. I will not lease another vehicle from MAG and will not have any service done through your BMW dealership. More
My wife and I visited the dealership a number of times beginning last April. We first met Alain at the Audi store and test drove several vehicles. We were treated with the utmost courtesy and professional beginning last April. We first met Alain at the Audi store and test drove several vehicles. We were treated with the utmost courtesy and professionalism by Alain throughout the four month process that followed. We were escorted to the BMW store where we met Hollie and again were graciously taken step by step through the process by both Alain and Hollie. Upon attempting to order a new X5, difficulties were encountered at the factory due to BMW being forced to retract certain options due to chip shortages. This actually happened with the four of us standing in Hollie’s office watching the BMW computer reject our order as placed. Hollie offered to use one of her slots, order the car the way we wanted at no obligation to us and we were given first right of refusal when the car arrived some 7 weeks later. Alain notified us the car arrived on 8/9. Again, the four of us met on 8/11 knowing by that time the only option not built was the wireless charging pad. At the point of close and with this being a straight cash sale, no trade-in, I told Alain we were $500 apart from the deal I had in hand from another source for the X5. I agreed to massage part of the transaction so Hollie could match what I already had. Throughout this process both Alain and Hollie were completely honest and transparent in working with us. They both represented your stores with the highest level of integrity at a time when trying to place a vehicle is at its most difficult time in decades. In the end, both my wife and I acquired new friendships and could not have been more pleased with the results. We will absolutely recommend your Dublin stores to our friends in Wooster. You can be proud that Alain and Hollie represent you every day. More

I recently had an issue with the fob for my Mini (serviced by BMW). After a discussion with Jeff, the new manager, I left feeling as though I had received excellent customer service. Also, I would l (serviced by BMW). After a discussion with Jeff, the new manager, I left feeling as though I had received excellent customer service. Also, I would like to mention both Kendrick (BMW side) and Heather (Mini side) fo their assistance as well. Kendrick went above and beyond helping with my windshield wipers (they were "special" and not your typical easy wiper to swap out). Heather was also kind enough to take a look at an issue I was having- which of course is one of those oddball "we've never seen this before" type of issues that only I seem to ever get. In closing, I'm quite pleased with the experience I have had at BMW with their parts/service department. It's refreshing to walk in and just receive excellent customer service. It was so refreshing, that I was reminded what a rarity it is these days. Thanks for all of your help! More
