However, although I did not finance through the dealership I found the “finance manager” Colin Slate to be arrogant and off putting once he realized I had no interest in purchasing any additional warranties or accessories. All and all I would rate my experience a positive one and would recommend anyone not financing through the dealership to opt out of the sit down with Mr. Slate. Bruce seems to be a genuinely nice guy and not your typical sleazy car salesman, Thank you Mr. Patire. More

Cooling System Repair I have a very nice 1996 Chevy Impala SS that needed a flush of the cooling system. I came to Whalen Chevrolet for a BG flush. As I arrived, in their p I have a very nice 1996 Chevy Impala SS that needed a flush of the cooling system. I came to Whalen Chevrolet for a BG flush. As I arrived, in their parking lot, a plastic tee in one of the heater hoses burst. Whalen replaced the tee fitting and did the flush ... got the car back later the same day. Go Whalen !!! More

Confused I reported a problem with the key sticking in the ignition when the car is shut off.
