BUYER BEWARE ! They are selling cars that they do not have! When you get there, they will tell you that the car has just been sold and try and sell you another car ! And after they got my downpayment they didn't want to help us fix the van that was starting to give us issues after we try talking to them to get our downpayment back they told us we wasn't gonna get no money back and then they try to put us in a old beat up van that was in the back of the building all messed up with a $3500 downpayment that we gave them when the cops was called they got mad and said they wasn't gonna deal us and said they didn't want us on they property.the car salesman also didn't want to tell us the price of the car my wife asked him like 5 times and he dodge the question the last time she asked him he said it wont be more then $10000 and that was a lie to ....DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE PLEASE ..I REPEAT DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE ITS ALLL A SCAM More

Terrible dealership I had seen a car on their website that i was interested in. When i got there, they said that they had sold the car, but they have others that i may be I had seen a car on their website that i was interested in. When i got there, they said that they had sold the car, but they have others that i may be interested in. They had us fill out an application and did a credit check. They told my mom and I that we were approved. They then rushed us out and was very rude. We decided not to go back. The next day, he called us and told us we were approved for 3.9% interested and we told him we are not going back because he was rude. He told us the car we wanted was there and we have a loan for it. We only needed to sign the paperwork. We decided to come back and when we got there, they did not have that car. They showed us another car and talked us into it. We asked for the price and he would not tell us. He said the payments are $239 month. We signed the paperwork and then he told us that he will call partners federal credit union on monday to get the loan cuz my mom already had an approval. That approval was for my mom and dad so we said he cannot use it. He said that he can. They would just change my dad's name to mine. You cannot do that. He called us a week in a half later and said my parents have to take out the loan and my mom refused. We said that we will return the car and we want our trade in and down payment back. When we get there, my trade in was destryed and they refused the down payment refund. He guaranteed us an approval, but with a $280 payment. We agreed and signed new paperwork which they refused to give us copies of. A week later, they text me said said the deal fell through because was employment was not accurate when it was. They said they called to verify my employment, but the day they supposedly called, i was at work. They had lied repeatedly and i have gotten a lawyer to sue then for what they had put us through. I still have the car, but i want to be guaranteed my car back before i return it. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I wish i read the reviews before going here. They already refused the down payment refund, but my mom charged it on a credit card so she is fighting it with her credit card company. They also have my car and i am not being stuck without a car because they are shady. YOU WILL REGRET IT IF YOU GO HERE. I DO!!! More

Interested in your down payment only. I arrived at this dealership and put a downpayment on a truck. Once they got my downpayment they starting treating me like crap. Making me wait days to actually get the car properly running. After several days they said they cannot fix the car. Because of the horrible customer service I decided to request my downpayment back since I DIDNT HAVE THE CAR. They refused and kept the car and my downpayment forcing me to get a lawyer and sue them. as well as report them to the BBB and state attorneys office because reading other reviews (BBB) this is a common practice. They will NOT give you any paperwork or allow you to speak to someone in management. As advertised- there is NO "free" vacation, NO 3 month warranty and they DO charge a dealer fee they just call it a admin fee. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! More

Unorganized and unprofessional I came in Thursday for a car i saw on auto trader. When i arrived the car was not ready, they told me it would be ready by Friday. I came back Friday and it still was not ready, as well as the salesman quit and didn't tell the manager the payment plans. I followed back on Monday, the car was still not ready, they told me to leave a deposit on the car and the car would be ready on tuesday and they would call me. i waited till tuesday and have not received a call. During my experience inside the building, there were young workers who did not know how to handle my paper work (they were inexperienced to this as i could tell). The manager came to speak with me but spoke in a very rude tone to me, after he spoke with me i didnt see him at all. Honestly i would not recommend this dealership, Cars are over priced, management properly and professionally executed. More
