I have been searching for the perfect MINI for the last three years and Drew Besenfelder of North Scottsdale MINI has provided me with superior service and advice throughout. His vast knowledge of the differences between the Cooper, Cooper S and Clubman S greatly helped me decide which MINI was perfect for me. I was able to take each car for a test drive(the Clubman S was an automatic), Drew explained the various finance programs(lease, standard, and MINI Select), and he also listed the advantages of ordering a MINI from the factory versus buying one off the lot. I bought my 2010 MINI Cooper S on October 1st, and am extremely satisfied. Thank you Drew for helping me customize my MINI's driving settings! More

The service is outstanding. Our Mini "died" in our driveway. The dealership sent a flatbed to pick it up, replaced the battery, and returned it to us on a flatbed all on the same day (and we live 140 driveway. Throughout the process the dealership maintained contact with us. Everyone, including both tow truck drivers, were very professional and pleasantly friendly. Every time I have a dealing with MINI North Scottsdale, I can always know that they will handle everything. There is something to be said for customer service and not having to act on the defensive and make can always know that they will handle everything. At MNS, they tell me everything I have to know and always have time to explain the answers to my "girl questions" =) Haha... Memorial Day weekend I flushed my keys down the toilet. No joke. I was towed to MNS and the Manager called me to make sure I was safe. He made a phone call and was able to get me a rental on a holiday - when no one was open.
