We test drove a Countryman last year with Russ Thames. Even though we weren't quite ready to buy he took the time to show us inventory and answer all our questions. This November we went back to see him and found a great vehicle. I liked his professional and personal attention to every detail throughout the experience. The actual sale process with Seth was great as well. I was done in a short time with all my questions answered. Russ spent an hour with me during the delivery process to thoroughly explain all the new features of the car (and there are a lot!)
