The previous service advisor was fantastic but the new one is really bad. I took my car in January and was left unhappy, and same thing in July. They not only forgot to take my car in even though I droppe one is really bad. I took my car in January and was left unhappy, and same thing in July. Charged me a lot but something as basic as headlight rim coming out wasn't mentioned to me. When i try to call and reach he advisor while my car was in the dealership and now, absolutely zero response. Very frustrating not knowing what's going on and the advisor just doesn't communicate. I visited on a busy Friday for a recall repair. I had to drive 2 hours and booked my appointment online, requesting a verbal confirmation. My service representative Kathy called me the next day to I had to drive 2 hours and booked my appointment online, requesting a verbal confirmation. My service representative Kathy called me the next day to confirm the part would arrive on time. My car required extra time to open the hood and for an additional repair. It was around closing time when the last repair was found. Kathy explained to the technician that I had driven 2 hours. Since it was a risk of overheating, both she and the technician worked an extra half hour to keep me safe on the road and avoid a return trip. The cherry on top was that Kathy secured the last part in the country for the recall! The lounge area was well stocked and a comfortable place to work. The staff was courteous, expeditious, and honest. BMW of Tyler has none of these qualities. It is worth the drive to the Dallas dealership! More
