I just wanted to go out of my way to shout this place out - mcole

I just wanted to go out of my way to shout this place out - specifically Cade Priem. In my hunt for mine and my wife's new EV, we went to what feels like (but certainly isn't) every dealer in DFW. I had mostly fine experiences, a bad experience, and then this absolutely stand out experience. It was such a contrast, I felt the need to leave a review which I typically don't bother with. Cade was wonderful, knowledgeable, and willing to spend as much time as we needed answering any and every question I had. As we moved on to continue our hunt for the right car, he maintained contact with us without it feeling aggressive or annoying. More that he was still here to help us however we needed. Sewell already has an understandably great reputation so for him to stand out even amongst other Sewells we visited is something.

My 1st Mini - Barbara

We bought a Mini Cooper there in 2015 and have used them for all maintenance work including tire replacement. I would have no reservations about recommending them: - the customer service techs are professional, polite, informative, and helpful; - the sales team was super nice and informative - they still say 'hello' and talk when I come in for a car wash or maintenance issue; - basic car washes are free but they have a variety of levels if you need detailing; - they have multiple waiting areas so you are never left standing..and the seats (in the main waiting room that I use) has "tables" attached that allow me to work on my computer. Overall, I have zero complaints.
