Purchase a 2013 Mini Cooper on 1/7/22. Within a few days I started noticing oil stains on my driveway. Checked the car and sure enough it was leaking oil. Took it in for service and it was Within a few days I started noticing oil stains on my driveway. Checked the car and sure enough it was leaking oil. Took it in for service and it was leaking from 3 different spots. Cost for repairs was over $2,500 but lucky for me it was covered by the 3 month warranty they offered with the purchase. A month later the car would not reach normal operating temperature. Took it in again and the thermostat needed to be replaced and the arm bushings replaced due to a knock under the car. The cost for these repairs was over $3,100 and luckily again it was covered by the 3 month warranty. Either the car was sold without an inspection done or sold knowing the car was bad. The 3 month warranty expires on 4/7/22 and after that the repairs will be on me. They did offered an extended warranty at time of purchase which cost close to $4,000. Hopefully nothing major will break down before I get a chance to trade it in. My fault for not getting it checked by a mechanic before purchasing the car but I thought I was purchasing from a reputable dealership. Buyer be ware. More

He was patient, very kind and always called me by name whenever he had updates on the maintenance being performed. He listened and made sure that he understood what my problem was. He also provided me with alternatives if my car needed to be left overnight. I commend him for providing excellent customer service. He is a valued employee in my opinion and should be recognized for going over and beyond while demonstrating EXEMPLARY customer service. More

I recently purchased a Mini Cooper from Mini of Dallas and the whole experience was 5 stars! Sam Proctor was my salesman and he was super friendly and easy to deal with. The finance department was amazin and the whole experience was 5 stars! Sam Proctor was my salesman and he was super friendly and easy to deal with. The finance department was amazing as well. I had an issue with a battery with the car and Parker in service department was super nice and he let me know every step of the way the status of the car. Amazing dealership! More
