This was my first visit and had started raining and I wasn’t sure what I was supposed to do once I reached the shop. I nervously pulled into the car bay, hoping that’s what I was supposed to do. Once inside, I saw the team members hustling around, greeting other customers. I relaxed when I was greeted and was impressed with the sense of urgency the team had. The team got me in and out faster then expected. It made my experience pleasant. Thank you guys!!! More

Colin was great! He answered all my questions. However, as a first time service client, I almost decided take my business elsewhere. The initial customer service experience was awful. I called everyday try as a first time service client, I almost decided take my business elsewhere. The initial customer service experience was awful. I called everyday trying to get a call back from my assigned service advisor. The call representative would take down my information but I never received a call back - even after calling every single day for a week! I hope Mini Cooper/BMW of Dallas takes into consideration how calls are triaged. Remember, simply getting customers to book appointments with no opportunity to communicate back to them will end in dissatisfied clients and it’s just bad business. I hope my comments are taken into consideration. Thanks. More
