He gave me some great information on the services that they would be performing on my car that day, as well as some excellent advice for the future to help me keep my Mini in great condition. I am a returning customer primarily because of Parker, a customer service representative. He gives song advice, never tries to push services on me, and he is great a communication. Came in for a tire balance and rotate. Oscar Miranda was my advisor. He is an amazing advisor and great asset to the company.
