Since getting my mini I have always gone to the Plano location, however I recently moved downtown so I decided to try the Dallas location. The actual service and the service workers in the garage were gr location, however I recently moved downtown so I decided to try the Dallas location. The actual service and the service workers in the garage were great. However, the women working the mini desk, Katherine, has zero customer service skills. I did the drop off option as I had to get to work and I ended up sitting in the reception area waiting for her to come talk to me for 50 minutes. My boyfriend and I had to walk to her desk for her to help us. When we got there she wasn’t apologetic at all. When you drop off your car they give you text updates and ask if you have any questions. However, when I responded to her she never got back to me. Finally they have a time online for the service area to close however the staff can leave at whatever time they want so if they go home early you won’t be able to pick up your car before it closed. From now on I’ll drive the extra miles to go to the Plano location. More

Parker is amazing always ask for him and he goes above and beyond to make sure I am satisfied and helps correct any issues if there have been minor things. Though the technicians that air up the tires alw and beyond to make sure I am satisfied and helps correct any issues if there have been minor things. Though the technicians that air up the tires always lose my valve stem caps and that is super annoying. More

The previous service advisor was fantastic but the new one is really bad. I took my car in January and was left unhappy, and same thing in July. They not only forgot to take my car in even though I droppe one is really bad. I took my car in January and was left unhappy, and same thing in July. They not only forgot to take my car in even though I dropped it at 8.30am they didn't check things thoroughly. Charged me a lot but something as basic as headlight rim coming out wasn't mentioned to me. When i try to call and reach he advisor while my car was in the dealership and now, absolutely zero response. Very frustrating not knowing what's going on and the advisor just doesn't communicate. More

I visited on a busy Friday for a recall repair. I had to drive 2 hours and booked my appointment online, requesting a verbal confirmation. My service representative Kathy called me the next day to I had to drive 2 hours and booked my appointment online, requesting a verbal confirmation. My service representative Kathy called me the next day to confirm the part would arrive on time. My car required extra time to open the hood and for an additional repair. It was around closing time when the last repair was found. Kathy explained to the technician that I had driven 2 hours. Since it was a risk of overheating, both she and the technician worked an extra half hour to keep me safe on the road and avoid a return trip. The cherry on top was that Kathy secured the last part in the country for the recall! The lounge area was well stocked and a comfortable place to work. The staff was courteous, expeditious, and honest. BMW of Tyler has none of these qualities. It is worth the drive to the Dallas dealership! More
