My Mini Drove down from Venice, Fl to see a used Countryman only to find out a sale was pending on the car. Beth was amazing and showed us several other options that were very nice but, not exactly what we were looking for. She took our name and number and told us she would keep her eye out for one that fit our needs. She called the next morning with some great news, the deal had fallen through on the car we were interested in. We drove back down and our car had a VIP sign with our name on it waiting for us to test drive the car. An hour later we were on our way home with a beautifully detailed Mini! No hassle, no hang ups, no hard sell! Thank you Beth! More

It's really sad that they made us pay for nothing done. I don't like this dealership. Very disappointed🤐🤐🤐🤐. never buying a mini ever again More
