Great Dealership & Excellent Service Department Last Friday our car would not start--it was a dead battery. I called Mini Roadside Assistance and someone came to our house in a prompt manner and jum Last Friday our car would not start--it was a dead battery. I called Mini Roadside Assistance and someone came to our house in a prompt manner and jump started the car. We were able to drive to Mini of Fort Myers and were immediately assisted n the service department. Everyone was very friendly and professional! In no time they installed a new battery and we were on our way. The waiting area is very pleasant and comfortable. I can't say enough good things about Mini of Fort Myers. We've always had a very positive experience there. We love our Mini Cooper Clubman! More

Warranty work, repair of A/C condensation leak While on a road trip, our Mini Cooper Hardtop was found to be leaking A/C condensate onto the floor. Sara at Mini of Ft Myers scheduled us immediately While on a road trip, our Mini Cooper Hardtop was found to be leaking A/C condensate onto the floor. Sara at Mini of Ft Myers scheduled us immediately, ordered the required parts including new carpets, and got the car back with only a one day delay in our travel plans. Have had a MINI for several years an A supburb dealer to work with. Outstanding sales and maintenance staff and a real pleasure to know and work with. Have had a MINI for several years and really hated to turn it loose. It was a fantastic MINI to own and even more fun to drive. However, it was a MINI S coupe and the time had arrived when a 4-door was needed. The Countryman S was the perfect replacement. The available inventory of samples was almost overwhelming so picking a Countryman was easy. Once a selection was made the MINI was prepared and the time to complete all the paperwork when accepting delivery was about 20 minutes. Just an outstanding dealership to work with. More
