He aimed to please me by asking questions and allowing me to explore the car fully on the road and in the garage. The process of buying the car took longer than anyone expected and Kyle made sure the whole time that the waiting time was used efficiently on getting to know the car. I highly recommend him and will recommend him to others. Darlene Fridono was also super to work with. She too was friendly and experienced. She walked me through the financing portion and provided me options. I am not the type of person who needs hand holding or likes a hard sell.
