We were searching for a mini for two months at several different mini dealerships. Needless to say I encountered quite a few sales reps who were too "pushy" and "sketchy." Poor customer service for repairs, poor communication, inability to provide any documentation regarding warranty on replaced parts, do not answer phone calls, tried to blame non-working new engine of 3 d inability to provide any documentation regarding warranty on replaced parts, do not answer phone calls, tried to blame non-working new engine of 3 days on "over driving" the car with no care instructions on new engine, make you pay for work before repairs are begun by certified check or cash only, condescending when communicating, picked up car with claim of $500 balance, after questioning it Pamela says "oh ok no balance", allowed me to take car without signing for car release. Enterprise used for loaners and hold is still on account b/c Mini of Manhattan failed to pay Enterprise, Enterprise employees state "They hear nothing but bad things about Mini of Manhattan", I could write a book about how poor and "shady" this dealership is.
