Friendly staff but very unorganized, understaffed and poorly managed. It took 9 days to get my car back after an oil change and air filter change. I waited 2 hours to get the loaner car the day I dropped poorly managed. It took 9 days to get my car back after an oil change and air filter change. I waited 2 hours to get the loaner car the day I dropped my car off. The day I picked it up it was a hassle to pay due to no manager being present to approve the transaction since it had been entered manually in the system. It was just a nightmare. My previous car was an Audi and I always received great customer service at the dealership. Very disappointed with Ontario Mini Cooper. More

It has now been over a year with no final resolution of the issues with our car. This entire experience has been disastrous. From first being diagnosed as needing very expensive minor repairs through warra the issues with our car. This entire experience has been disastrous. From first being diagnosed as needing very expensive minor repairs through warranty to receiving an entire engine replacement 4 months later, to now needing yet another entire engine replacement, to but wait, it was only a couple of gaskets and hoses to back in the shop the next day again to yes, it does need an engine. This continues to be a clusterf**k that I have never experienced in 50 years of owning cars. We have spoken to at least a half dozen different people who we never hear from again. I have asked for the dealership manager at least that many times to no avail. The time and effort and resources that has gone into this issue has been tens of thousands of dollars! WE ARE FRUSTRATED BEYOND WORDS. WE HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO FAITH THIS WILL EVER BE RESOLVED. More
